Meditation as a regular practice has been proven to help people heal both physically and emotionally. Join us for this monthly series and learn to create a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re experiencing stress and tension or aches and pains, this class addresses all your concerns to help restore energy levels, balance, clarity and improve quality of life. If you’ve tried to meditate before and have failed or have never meditated at all, this monthly workshop will help ease you into the process and provide a firm base from which to start. This class is experiential. It includes gentle movement and breath-work, so please wear loose comfortable clothes.
