The Village of Lake Bluff values the safety of children and offers free child safety seat installation through the Lake Bluff Police Department. Child Passenger Safety (CPS) certified staff members are available to help install your child safety seat.
Child safety seat installation is available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Installations are by appointment only and typically take 20 -30 minutes, depending on the car seat and type of car. Please make sure to bring the child safety seat manual to the appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call (847) 234-8760 and press 2 for Records.
