The Village purchases water from the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency ("JAWA") for distribution to all residential and commercial customers via a network of 39 miles of water mains. Water meters are read and billed quarterly. To initiate or discontinue water service please contact the Finance Department at 847-234-0774. Payment can be made by mail or in person at Village Hall (40 E. Center Avenue).

Residents of the Sanctuary Subdivision receive water service from the City of North Chicago.
